Mandarin Oriental, New York Hotel

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for my birthday trip and it was absolutely amazing! The staff treated us like celebrities from the moment we arrived, with the doormen going above and beyond to assist us. The room had a stunning view just like the pictures, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with a hot shower and a great selection of bath products. The complimentary treats in the room, like dates, fruits, and a coffee machine, were a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Midtown and connected to a nearby mall. I will definitely be coming back!

During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location near the Time Warner Center shops, making it easy for me to do some shopping and grab a bite to eat. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at Asiate restaurant, where I had a stunning view of the surrounding area. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the double vanity in the bathroom was a convenient feature. my experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations.

There was one drawback during my stay - the check-in process was a bit cumbersome, as the first two rooms shown had a strong smell of smoke. Despite this initial inconvenience, the hotel staff quickly rectified the situation and offered a discount on one of their suites as an apology.

I had a fantastic stay at Mandarin Oriental and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast they served was delicious and offered fine views. One nice moment was when I had an issue with my shower, but the staff promptly fixed it. They were efficient and ensured that any inconvenience was quickly resolved. I had a great experience at Mandarin Oriental and would highly recommend it.

Its standing (a true international 5* hotel), its location near Central Park with a room offering a superb view of the park, the perfect soundproofing of the room, the general luxury not ostentatious, the quality of the bedding (even if it is the least of things in an establishment at 1200€ per night). And for a SUPERB Italian meal, try without hesitation Picola Cuccina in SoHo, a top quality/price ratio for NYC.

I would have preferred that the water bottles made available to us were spontaneous. In such an establishment, cleanliness must be perfect, irreproachable; however, the seals of the shower were not irreproachable... The room service, which is particularly expensive, is of poor quality. It is particularly unpleasant in this type of establishment! For a little snack, don't hesitate to go down to "Maison Kaiser Paris" in Columbus Circle (3 mn walk)...

The location of the hotel was great, with convenient access to key attractions and amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the view from the rooms was amazing, offering a picturesque scene.

As usual: EVERYTHING! . Favorite hotel in New York. The Asiate restaurant is just magical! what happiness!

Excessively soft mattress, impossible to sleep with a partner, moved terribly.. The food in the wolf's den was scarce, of little variety and expensive.

Courteous staff, professional massage. Clean property, well-appointed room. Small but clean workout facilities with everything needed. Helpful and well-trained staff. Amazing amenities. Front desk and concierge went above and beyond. Many thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the major museums, Central Park, and even a Soulcycle. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the nice view of Central Park, despite it being somewhat blocked by the Trump Hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were even offered a free coffee while we waited to check-in. a great experience for both adults and children!

The hotel's location near the Columbus Circle subway station makes it easy to explore the city, and there is a mall nearby for convenient shopping. Getting around is a breeze with the nearby subway. The hotel offers excellent service, attentive staff, and impressive views of the city. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. The breakfast at Asiate restaurant is delicious, and the housekeeping service is efficient.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby reception and corridors, lack the usual welcoming and calming atmosphere of a Mandarin Oriental hotel.

Staying at this luxury hotel was an unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities provided are truly luxurious, such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, steam room and massage. the top, notch service from the staff exceeded my expectations and made our stay comfortable, enjoyable, hassle, free and relaxing. the in, room breakfast, restaurant and private facilities were outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious food and drinks.

There was only one minor issue we found with the hotel. the Jacuzzi was not functioning properly, which was a bit of a letdown.

Clean and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast with a view. Complimentary vegan cake and champagne for my birthday. Staff members were great, remembered our anniversary and sent us champagne. Convenient access to restaurants and shops, as well as Central Park.

This venue offered an amazing luxurious experience. From the elegant in-room breakfast to the private facilities, all my needs were fulfilled. the indoor swimming pool and spa center were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the city. the service was impeccable, with staff always attentive and friendly.

The price was over the top and at times the steam room was too hot for my liking. this hotel is worth every penny for those seeking a luxurious and exclusive stay.

This hotel has the best views of the park and the river, and is located in a convenient spot close to everything. It is connected to a shopping center, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The hotel is right on the subway station, making transportation easy. The staff is attentive and treated us like celebrities.
